Therméca joins Pageau Morel!

Therméca and Pageau Morel have officially joined forces in order to better serve their clients and increase their regional coverage. Both firms are now associated under the Pageau Morel name.

Retrospective no 3 - 1977-1986

From 1977 to 1986, Pageau Morel realized several major construction projects, including the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu military base, the Pierre-Boucher Hospital in Longueuil, the Palais des congrès de Montréal and the Quebec Palais de justice. This is the start of the firm’s computerization with the arrival of word-processing software and a computer-aided drafting system.

Retrospective no 2 - 1967-1976

From 1967 to 1976, Pageau Morel continued to make a name for itself by completing two major projects: the Complexe Desjardins and the Olympic Stadium. After being chosen for the Stadium’s mechanical engineering services, Pageau Morel also took over the electrical engineering started by another firm in order to complete the project in time for the Olympics.

From 1956 to 1966, Pageau Morel managed to gain some prominence. The firm experienced strong growth in both Montreal and Hull-Ottawa regions; the number of employees increased from 2 in 1956 to 39 in 1966 in two regions.
