Renovation and upgrade

Project description

Renovation of a 15-storey multiclient building with office spaces and a 30,000 ft ² underground parking. Located at 200 Sacré-Cœur Blvd. in Gatineau, the design was made to meet the latest PWGSC and HRDC standards and also to meet the requirements of a LEED-NC Silver certification. The proposed solutions have reduced the energy consumption by 34.2% compared to the recommendations of the National Energy Code for a similar building.

Challenges and Solutions
