OBJECTIVES

The objective of eco-engineering is to integrate sustainable development practices to the design of building mechanical and electrical systems. Pageau Morel works in close collaboration with all stakeholders in order to reduce, reuse, recycle, and, above all, to rethink the way we build.

This process allows the optimization of each component of a building:

• site selection;
• water efficiency;
• energy efficiency;
• indoor environmental quality;
• materials and resources selection.

Thanks to the eco-engineering process, and to the latest technologies available, it is possible to reduce the building's impact on the environment, without augmenting costs nor compromising the building's quality.
